Junior Candidate Relations Manager – Milton Keynes

Role Overview

We are dedicated to helping match available nurses and other healthcare professionals with roles that suit their needs, when and where they are needed most across the UK. This role involves meeting the needs of real people by establishing and managing relationships with candidates who have registered their interest to work for enferm. This fundamental role helps maximise hours supplied to the NHS and drive overall business performance. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the team to achieve sales targets
  • Managing the allocated candidate pool to maximise on all opportunities for candidates to be placed 
  • Overcoming challenges faced and turning candidate objections into win-win solutions
  • Learning and implementing key elements of the sales process in your day-to-day role
  • Building positive and professional relationships with candidates
  • Resolving candidate queries efficiently
  • Negotiating offers and terms with candidates to minimise business costs
  • Keeping in regular contact with candidates to review and improve:
    • Satisfaction in current position
    • Availability to work (including locations and dates)
    • Compliance status
    • Timesheet status
  • Accurately recording all placements and contact with candidates in the CRM system 
  • Developing professional relationships with colleagues and ensuring all parties are kept informed of necessary information in a timely manner
  • Liaising with the Client Team to extend placements of candidates already working on enferm assignments
  • Identifying and actioning opportunities to register new candidates with enferm
  • Delivering on KPIs set in line with the Company vision
  • Attending meetings and training as required
  • Setting exemplary standards of both performance and behaviours 
  • Ensuring that all policies, procedures and reporting systems are adhered to
  • Continually developing personal knowledge and skills in line with departmental, organisational, market and customer requirements
  • Escalating candidate issues to the Team Leader as appropriate
  • Adopting effective and efficient personal working practices

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to effectively organise workload
  • Confident communicator with good written and spoken English
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • IT literate
  • Collaborative and efficient team player
  • Motivated, driven and ambitious
