Founder & CEO
Joshua Sprigg
Joshua started this healthcare agency over 6 years ago and is our amazing Founder & CEO. He is a serial entrepreneur, sober activist, family man, and a great leader.
Chief Financial Officer
Charles Geoffroy
Charles oversees our day-to-day finances while working closely with our partners. Additionally, he provides operational and financial insights to assist enferm.

As Head of People, Catherine is the day-to-day driving force of the team and keeps the ship moving forward with ease.

Ross Burton
As head of operations, Ross manages the team to make sure that all candidates are looked after and that the enferm standards are upheld.

Liaising directly with trusts regarding staffing shortages within the individual hospitals and ensuring we’re booking nurses into these requirements to support the hospitals.

Lucy spends her days liaising with hospitals to obtain payment of invoices and resolve any issues, queries or issues they may have.

Manisha makes sure all working nurses are up to date with their compliance and helps to get them ready to work.

Naomi has joined enferm to support the International Development of enferm and to be the glue of the partnerships with extensive experience in Digital Healthcare.
