Role Overview

We are dedicated to helping match available nurses with roles that suit their needs, when and where they are needed most across the UK. Rather than ‘closing deals’ this role involves meeting the needs of real people by establishing relationships with new nurses who have registered their interest to work for Enferm. You will be the first line of communication with nurses before they liaise with the Compliance and Candidate Relations teams. This fundamental role helps maximise hours supplied to the NHS and drive overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Being the first point of contact for nurses registering with Enferm
  • Representing Enferm in a friendly and professional manner
  • Delivering on KPIs set in line with the Company vision
  • Supporting the team to achieve overall targets
  • Identifying best practices to refine Enferm’s lead generation approach
  • Building and nurturing relationships with candidates that register with Enferm, identifying their needs, and communicating opportunities that Enferm can offer them
  • Resolving prospective candidate’s queries efficiently
  • Accurately recording all contact with prospective candidates using the CRM system (Hubspot)
  • Proactively managing and maintaining a selection of interested candidates
  • Overcoming challenges faced and turning potential issues into win-win solutions
  • Engaging with the Compliance and Candidate Relations team to assist nurses through the process e.g., setting up calls between prospective candidates and internal departments
  • Developing professional relationships with colleagues and ensuring that all parties are kept informed of the necessary information in a timely manner
  • Identifying and actioning opportunities to register new nurses with Enferm
  • Attending meetings and training as required
  • Setting exemplary standards of both performance and behaviours
  • Ensuring that all policies, procedures, and reporting systems are adhered to
  • Continually developing personal knowledge and skills in line with departmental, organisational, market, and customer requirements
  • Adopting effective and efficient personal working practices

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to effectively organise workload
  • A people person with good relationship building skills
  • Confident communicator with good written and spoken English
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • IT literate
  • Collaborative and efficient team player
  • Motivated, proactive, and ambitious
  • Experience of working with CRM software (desired)
